Does anybody have software that allows you or administrators of the network to set a limit for the number of prints a student can have, say each week. At a previous school I remember having something like this. It was on an RM network so I don't know if this was part of the network software.

This sort of question is probably better off over at www.edugeek.net - lots of people over there deal with this kind of thing every day, someone will have a recomendation (do a search on the site before asking a new question, the topic comes up fairly regularly). PaperCut, PCounter and Print Manager Plus are all bits of software that have been mentioned over there recently, a quick Google for each of those will probably give you an idea of what is available.

Probably worth pointing out this thread over on EduGeek:

    http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows/19209-print-limit-pro-print-managent-plus-2.html

People discussing PaperCut and Print Manager Pro, amoungst other software, plus a developer from PaperCut itself has turned up, which always makes you feel like a company is reasonably on the ball.
