     Hi

    I was wondering the tda website says NQTs starting in sept 2010 get paid 21588 but when I got my job the pay was 20102 will my pay go up to 21588, as it does say it the minimum??

    Assuming you started 12months ago your pay will go up from M1 to M2 this month.

    If, however, you have just started as an NQT (either in the summer term, or this September) then yes, your salary will now be £21,588 so long as you are in a state school.
