How does one keep themselves up to date?  I have been working as a TA and LSA for 12 months and trying to get back into teaching English.  Didn't know how to answer this question at a recent interview.

Using this website is a good start. National Strategies, Teachernet or QCA regularly give updates on new initiatives. If you're English Teachit is a good site.
