I just don't get it, micky. This is the same guy who got England to the the world cup finals with a modicum of ease. What the heck's gone wrong in the interim???

There's seriously something not right in that camp. Nobody looks happy (and that was before this game) - why?

Get 6-0-6 on. Could be interesting... Tongue Tied

I think the qualifying campaign was a bit flattering, however they should be rolling these over. They all look terrified and I blame capello for that. Collymore going mental on talksport.....

Ooooh - very interesting post-match interview with David James on 6-0-6. Try and catch it on the podcast.

There is something very, very wrong going on behind closed doors.

well the way i see it rooney and heskey need to be replaced by crouch and defoe for wednesday.

and while we are at it why not boot out lampard and have gerrard and barry in the middle with cole and lennon out wide.

if nothing else, it will give a few people a kick up the back side.

Personally I wouldn't bother listening to him micky, just another 'radio personality' keen on the sound of his own voice

Guess everybody is to blame as far he is concerned except the players

I heard it the first time round manashee; everybody is making too much fuss about it.

Nothing significant about it at all (IMO). Just a another scrap of news for the media people to talk endlessly about with all their dippy conspiracy theories.

Collymore is the only one who talks sense. He was hammering the players, not Capello. I make my own judgements based on what I see, and Capello is playing the wrong players and in the wrong positions.......

Aye, more than likely. But it probably struck me more because like you, I heard it live and it was the acid tone in his voice than made me do a double take.

5Live can do your head in after a while as every man and his dog is voicing their opinion on 'wots wrong wiv Engurland?'

Chrissy Waddle reckons the players are bored... Confused

    Well done Capello

Was prepared to go with James after the Green mistake

Picked Milner when the pressure was on him to go for Cole

Two good choices with: Upson (over Dawson) & Defoe (over Crouch)

Even more amazing: managed to get a half decent performance out of Gerrard, something no other England manager was able to do (apart from his one-off in Munich September 2001)

    Capello, sorry we doubted you!
