I'll start: I am 5'4 , 58 years old and weigh 14.10 which is way overweight I know. I have been laid up for a while after having had a hysterectomy and put on a stone, but that is no excuse really. My main downfall is comfort eating and it's always sweet things. I am absolutely determined to lose 3 stone and anything else will be a bonus! I have recently taken on a dog so am walking lots.....in fact in the last week I have lost 3lbs so exercise is working. Also, at the moment I am cutting back on carbs (not cutting out) and eating lots of veg, salads and grilled chicken. That is ,I am trying to but Mr C wants 'proper food' which is hard to resist andI really don't want to cook two meals every night. So, how about we have a weekly weigh in, lots and lots of encouragement and offer one another support. Plymouthmaid - throw those chocolates away! I gave my christmas cake away so that I couldn't eat it . MrC was livid. ha ha.
