    Hello

    I have recently been put in charge of CPD and performance management.  My school has had nothing in place for the past few years and I'm starting from scratch.  I have little previous experience and would really like to exchange ideas and ask for advice from some more experienced professionals.

    If you're interested and don't mind giving your time to answering my questions and giving me feedback on what I'm trying to do let me know your email address....

    Hi Skoolio

    I've been an AHT (Teaching and Learning) for the last five years.  Before that I was head of a Boys' EBD School and PRU.  Led a lot on CPD and done PM till blue in the face.  if you need any advice or help contact me at dair@pensnett.dudley.sch.uk
