    this is a continuation of the "Warming Up For Christmas" thread,with a more appropriate name for the non festive season.

     Les Paul 25 was it "whisky in the Jar?"

    I'm still thinking about your clue (does it still have a Burn's Night connection?)

     nothing to do with Burns Night, but it has a seasonal title . It is by Bruce Cockburn

    But then I only know one song with January in the title, and this song only has a one word title.Smile

    OK, you have to go back to a 1930s film with Bing Crosby singing the opening number, which is this song. A rather young Bing Crosby plays a singer who disguises himself as a waiter to be near the woman he's in love with. It's great!
