I don't know how to dowload things into the Forum to another person but I have downloaded shape songs under new resources. I have put them under Knowledge and Understanding and hope that these will help you. I have used them with my nursery class.

I put shapes in a feely bag and sing
(to the tune of this old man)
Mystery bag what’s inside?
What’s the shape you try to hide?
Is it a circle, triangle, rectangle or square?
What’s the shape? Describe what’s there
I then describe it and the children guess
I also do it for 3d shapes but you have to sing quick to get 5 3d shapes
Is it a cube or a cuboid, cylinder, cone or sphere
My kids love it and sing the song and describe the shapes all by themselves when I leave the mystery bag out!!
In case you couldn't find them put them under communication and language under songs. Hope these help.
