Couldn't agree more manc, if you mean it would be 'illogical' to believe that either k*obbishness or brilliance were at all sex or, what's the word nowadays... 'gender' dependent. And so, as to the question of whether I really do think men make better HoDs than women well, if I'm being honest, I would have to admit they do not, any more than women make better HoDs than men.
Oh dear, that's so dismally boring isn't it!
