Dear Theo, As a supply teacher what would I put as my 'present job' in an application form? Do I put the name of my LEA and supply teaching agency, or just leave blank?

This is a tricky one.
Because what you put down must then be the first referee. And we all know that most Supply Agencies are rotten at this . . .
Are you going fairly regularly to one school? And will they write a reference for you? If so, you could put that down.
