The TES RE Group is a great source of lesson ideas and inspiration and is the place to share best practice and get your questions answered by your peers. This is also where you go to debate the latest issues in the teaching of RE.
I am looking to put some topical lessons together for RE based on the olympics. I am thinking about linking the olympic values with RE and taking a different value each lesson. I was also thinking about linking it with bible passages about running the race, but wondered if anyone have anymore ideas?

Last year I created a values auction using the olympic values and a few others- pupils had a limited amount of money and had to bid in groups for the ones they thought were the most important and afterwards there was a written task for them to complete.
